MutaGenX server allows users to analyze mutation-induced protein perturbations, disorder redistribution, residue interaction rewiring, and functional hotspots using AI-driven protein language models and explainable machine learning. The platform additionally predicts novel disruptive mutations through saturation mutagenesis and identifies highly interactive candidate residues and potential druggable regions associated with protein dynamics and functional regulation.
