Sampling will result in the reduction of surface as shown below in which Sr is varied from default 1.52 to 16 Å.
The following is a test run on Carbohydrate Recognition Domain. (PDB ID: 3ZSJ_A).
You do not need to submit any pdb file, default Sr value is used for test run.
